Great spot. Pool was great, casita was also great. I didn’t know what a casita was before so I had to look it up but definitely great if a guest wants more privacy (it’s a self contained unit near the pool with bed, washroom etc). Location is close walk to Daikin park and Shell Energy Stadium for sports (baseball/soccer matches) and 10 minute uber or 10 minute walk to pretty much everything our group needed like restaurants, coffee shops, bars, etc. The Pac-Man, foosball and air hockey games were great to have for doing some group tournaments. Easy to find, easy to park in driveway and host communicates very well and quickly. Very responsive. Gate around the house also for added safety although we didn’t feel unsafe at any time. All in all would definitely recommend. Thanks for being great hosts!

Our stay with HTX pads was overall a great experience. The home is beautiful and quite close to downtown which is where we were for a conference. There was one issue with a water leakage but we were able to get in contact with her quickly to resolve the situation and Ursula was very communicative and transparent with us. I'd recommend HTX pads and would stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at the Eado Pool Villa & Casita + Chef’s Kitchen! The home had plenty of space for our entire group — everyone was comfortable and had room to relax. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, which made the stay even better. The kids absolutely loved the game room — it kept them entertained for hours! The pool and chef’s kitchen were great bonuses that made the weekend even more enjoyable. We had an amazing experience. The house was stocked with everything we needed for the week, including a kitchen that included everything you would have at your own home. The pool was an amazing respite from the heat. We were extremely comfortable at all times. The location was central to everything. HTX Pad's was a great host. They were very responsive and available to answer any questions or concerns we had. The place looks just like the pictures and was in a good location for the places we wanted to visit. We did not get to use the pool due to the rain but still got to enjoy spending time at the home amongst friends. Everything you need is in the home from towels to pots and laundry detergent. I highly recommend staying at one of their properties. This location is close to downtown. We didn't walk but could've we opted in for uber. Thanks for helping us create memories for 47th Birthday!

Recently stayed at the Eado Pool Villa &Casita for my brother bachelor party. Slept 14 people comfortably with plenty of room to spare. Heading to the house, I was a little hesitant driving through parts of town, but had no problems. We walked to and from Daikin park, bars downtown with any issues or uneasiness. The pool was smaller than we had thought, but accommodated the group of 14 people well and was definitely a staple of the trip!

For the price I paid I definitely expected more , the neighborhood I definitely didn’t love the cops were in the area 2-3 every day we were there not too far from the neighborhood was so many homeless . Definitely wouldn’t be a place that I would go out for a walk . It did rain the first day however the pool wasn’t heated, I would improve a few things in the home , I totally could of done without alll the codes the house had but other wise I had a good time with my family and friends that came to spend the 4th with us . We are movie people so I thought we would of got to watch movies in the pool or at least have it on while we were out there . The darts weren’t working O did try to get new ones but Amazon would deliver too late by then . The things we were looking forward to were not what we expected . We did make the best out of what we had already paid for !
