My family needed a nice, clean and comfortable home to stay for our family reunion vacation. HTX Pads did not disappoint! The home was very clean and had so much space to where you did not feel crowded. Bathrooms were very clean with extra towels if needed. Equipped with all the cleaning supplies and detergent if you needed to wash. The host was very responsive and communicated throughout our entire stay. The backyard was very spacious and the pool was the right temperature. The barnyard home was just as cozy and very inviting for extra guest. I recommend this home if you are staying in Houston. The house it self accommodated our whole party, but we did not like location at all. Wasn’t in the nice part of Houston for the price we paid for 3 nights which made it not worth it. From the start of the booking process, the host was incredibly diligent and clear in communication, ensuring that both our needs and hers were aligned for a smooth reservation. The home comfortably accommodated our group of 12, with plenty of space for sleeping and gathering, especially for our bachelorette festivities. Both units were clean, well-maintained, and stocked with all the essentials we needed for our stay. The decor struck a perfect balance—modern and inviting—so we barely needed to add any decorations of our own. The location was also ideal, perfectly complementing our downtown Houston itinerary. Any time we had a question or minor issue, the host was responsive and either addressed it immediately or sent someone over promptly. If in Houston again, I would absolutely consider staying at another HTX Pads property. While there’s always room for tiny improvements here and there, this experience exceeded expectations and made our celebration weekend truly memorable.

This was a staycation for me when five friends came to visit for the rodeo. Communication was excellent from the start and throughout our stay. The location is a great location for quick drives into the Heights, Downtown, Montrose, and the Museum District. The setup was perfect for our group of six adults, with big communal spaces for meals and hanging out. The pool area is so cool, and we were so happy it was heated. Overall a great experience. Never judge a book by its cover. My family was very skeptical about this place as they saw the outside and did not think it was going to meet their expectations. This place is an absolute gem and there is an "AHA moment" around every corner. I have never rented an Airbnb that was so organized. You can tell that the hosts took time and care to accommodate all needs and that they put forth the effort to make this place enjoyable and a home away from home. It has so much character and the energy and vibrations were so positive, as I slept so well each night. The design and furniture are fun and artsy and the ambiance just makes you happy. The host Katy was AMAZING! I did not have to communicate much because everything was perfect but when I did she was very responsive. I did not want to leave as "a good time was had." The two separate properties are connected via a private yard so if feels like you have your own little resort. Seven adults and eight kids stayed for 6 days to compete in a robotics championship at the GB Convention Center. The property was great for our purposes. Super clean and plenty of beds and bedrooms. The pool was a big hit with the kids and the outdoor space in front of the barn was appreciated by the adults. Having two kitchens was convenient for feeding such a large crowd nightly. The only hiccups were wifi that stopped working but the host was very responsive and fixed the issue. We were very careful to keep any noise down after 10 pm, but some of the neighbors clearly didn't get the same memo ;-). Not a big issue. Everyone slept well. All in all, it was a fantastic experience. We would come back in a heartbeat if Htx's property was available.
