This Heights-adjacent getaway combines two unique homes on one property, perfect for groups or families. One home is comfortable and inviting, while the barn-style home features high ceilings and a trendy, open layout. Start your day with coffee on the deck or take a dip in the pool, with seasonal heating available from Nov 1 to April 1. The neighborhood is in transition, with a mix of newer and older homes, but you’ll be just minutes from the Heights’ best restaurants, coffee shops, and downtown attractions, with a large park nearby for outdoor time.

Street parking in front of the property is not allowed and violators may be subject to towing. If you have more than 5 cars, please contact us to discuss alternative parking arrangements.

The space was perfect for our large group. From the description we did believe that one of the bedrooms was actually a room however it was not. Meaning one of the guests was basically sleeping in the kitchen which is not ideal. The home was vacant when we arrived but when asking to check in earlier than 4 pm we were asked to pay 75$ per hour(more than 3 hours was a full nights rate) to check in earlier. Something I have never experienced before and was quite disappointing. When checking out the host asked us if we were checking out early so that the cleaning could be done earlier so it would have been nice if the same gesture would have been given when we were in need of the space early and not being charged. The space itself was perfect and no issues. Those 2 issues just left everyone with a sour taste.

My family needed a nice, clean and comfortable home to stay for our family reunion vacation. HTX Pads did not disappoint! The home was very clean and had so much space to where you did not feel crowded. Bathrooms were very clean with extra towels if needed. From the start of the booking process, the host was incredibly diligent and clear in communication, ensuring that both our needs and hers were aligned for a smooth reservation. The home comfortably accommodated our group of 12, with plenty of space for sleeping and gathering, especially for our bachelorette festivities. Both units were clean, well-maintained, and stocked with all the essentials we needed for our stay. The decor struck a perfect balance—modern and inviting—so we barely needed to add any decorations of our own. The location was also ideal, perfectly complementing our downtown Houston itinerary. Any time we had a question or minor issue, the host was responsive and either addressed it immediately or sent someone over promptly. If in Houston again, I would absolutely consider staying at another HTX Pads property. While there’s always room for tiny improvements here and there, this experience exceeded expectations and made our celebration weekend truly memorable.

This was a staycation for me when five friends came to visit for the rodeo. Communication was excellent from the start and throughout our stay. The location is a great location for quick drives into the Heights, Downtown, Montrose, and the Museum District. Never judge a book by its cover. My family was very skeptical about this place as they saw the outside and did not think it was going to meet their expectations. This place is an absolute gem and there is an "AHA moment" around every corner. I have never rented an Airbnb that was so organized. You can tell that the hosts took time and care to accommodate all needs and that they put forth the effort to make this place enjoyable and a home away from home. It has so much character and the energy and vibrations were so positive, as I slept so well each night. The design and furniture are fun and artsy and the ambiance just makes you happy. The host Katy was AMAZING! I did not have to communicate much because everything was perfect but when I did she was very responsive. I did not want to leave as "a good time was had." Seven adults and eight kids stayed for 6 days to compete in a robotics championship at the GB Convention Center. The property was great for our purposes. Super clean and plenty of beds and bedrooms. The pool was a big hit with the kids and the outdoor space in front of the barn was appreciated by the adults. Having two kitchens was convenient for feeding such a large crowd nightly. The only hiccups were wifi that stopped working but the host was very responsive and fixed the issue. We were very careful to keep any noise down after 10 pm, but some of the neighbors clearly didn't get the same memo ;-). Not a big issue. Everyone slept well. All in all, it was a fantastic experience. We would come back in a heartbeat if Htx's property was available.

My family came in town for my niece’s graduation. We were looking for a place that was large enough to comfortably host 15 people and this place did just that! There were several sleeping areas and the common areas were spacious enough for us all to comfortably come together and catch up. The Host checked in daily to make sure our stay was going well. She also responded almost immediately when I messaged her with questions. I 100% recommend this place. Also, the location is perfect!
