Great spot, lots of restaurants and museums nearby. Quiet neighborhood and pristine house with plenty of towels and everything in the kitchen stocked. Enjoyed our stay!

This place was amazing and had everything that you could think of…I have gone to other rentals and there was always something (especially in the kitchen) usually missing but not this place! Had everything to accommodate our large family get together!! The host was also great at communication and prompt with our responses. We will definitely be coming back to this place!

This was a great house to stay at with three young kids and 6 adults. We had plenty of space for everyone, the kids loved the pool and outdoor area. It was the perfect distance to the downtown attractions we went to without feeling like we were in downtown. The house had everything we needed for a week long stay. The hosts were very responsive. We greatly enjoyed our stay!

Exceptional Stay – Our stay with HTX PADS was exceptional. We were grateful to find a spacious, well-maintained property that could comfortably accommodate our family of 16. We were in town for a funeral, and after a very long drive and an unfortunate experience with another Airbnb that fell through, arriving at HTX PADS was a much-needed relief. The hosts were responsive, attentive, and gracious, and their clear communication and smooth check-in made a challenging time much easier for our family. The property is well laid out for large groups, offering space to gather, relax, and connect. The heated pool was a highlight, especially during the Christmas holiday, and gave the kids something to enjoy in the mornings. We are sincerely thankful to HTX PADS for providing a comfortable, family-friendly retreat for rest, respite, and meaningful bonding. We highly recommend this property for large families, group stays, or holiday travel, and would absolutely stay again.

The stay was amazing! My mom is currently battling cancer, and her ask for Christmas this year was to go somewhere all her kids and grandkids could stay and celebrate together under one roof. This booking was done last minute, on Christmas Eve, when a previous reservation didn't meet expectations. Imagine our delight to walk in to this amazing home. The house was clean, smelt great, and everything was as advertised. My mom said this may have been her favorite Christmas! We only wish we could of stayed longer. The host was amazing, check in and out was a breeze, check in through out stay was appreciated. We will definitely keep this home and host in mind for any future needs.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay. Everything was as stated and pictured but the house was even more spacious than it looks. The game room was a blast. My son loved the air hockey table and had his first experience playing Pacman. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed and more. Host were very thoughtful and even had bottled waters for us which was a Godsend because we forgot that in our food order. Host was very responsive even when I asked questions that I didn't realize were clearly already answered in their listing. Great house and pool & would definitely book again when coming to Houston with a group.

Everything from checking in to checking out went smooth. The house was outstanding. Will book again.

What a wonderful place with everything we needed for my 3 boys and I. Open plan living, large bedrooms, wonderful spacious kitchen countertop which we sat around every night. The game room was great with the Foosball, air hockey and pacman getting plenty of action. It also had extra beds if you plan on having guests stay. The backyard was large with a heated pool which also got plenty of use. The best bit were the hosts who looked after over every need and were very responsive and thoughtful. I would highly recommend and we will definitely return.

Great location, plenty parking and the heated pool was so great after a long day's travel. For our sports group the liquor store and taco food truck on the corner couldn't be more convenient unless there was a back gate to from the property...hint hint, lol. Absolutely staying again!!
